The size New Neon Reflective Small has 5 meters of harness and is suitable for dogs up to 15kg, the Medium for dogs up to 25kg and the Large for dogs up to 50kg. It features a soft adjustable handle with a quick lock system, dual brake system instant and permanent, as well as a smooth cord return system on the mechanism and an improved brake for even greater control.
