Shipping Methods - Pet & Vet by Zoo-Technique

At Pet & Vet by Zoo-Technias we make sure that all our products arrive at your place safely, quickly and in the most economical way for you and your pet!

⏰ Processing time

Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. are processed the next business day.

🎁 Free Shipping

For shipments within the prefecture of Kastoria, the shipment is free of charge, regardless of the amount or weight!

📦 Pick up from BOX NOW - 24/7

Pick up your order whenever it's convenient for you from one of the 1,400+ BOX NOW Lockers, with 24/7 pickup, even on weekends!

How it works:

• Choose BOX NOW as the shipping method when completing your order.
• Put in your TC and choose the nearest locker.
• When your parcel arrives, you will receive an SMS with a 6-digit PIN for pickup.
• Delivery Time: 1-2 working days
• The order remains in the locker for 48 hours (extension possibility +24 hours).

 

📏 Shipping limits with BOX NOW:

Maximum parcel weight: 20 kg

Maximum dimensions: 62 x 45 x 36 cm.

Suitable for small to medium sized parcels (not for large food, houses, etc.)

💰 Shipping Cost:

The cost is calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the volume of the parcel.

🔁 Returns / Changes via BOX NOW:

Easy and immediate returns or product changes.

Return cost: 1,50€

📌 Note: If your parcel exceeds the allowed weight or dimensions, the system will automatically suggest another available shipping method (Courier or Transport).

🚚 Shipments with Courier

Shipments of small volume and weight (up to 2 kg) are carried out via Courier Center.

Cost: 3€ for parcels up to 2 kg. For each additional kilo there is a charge of 1€/kilo.

Delivery time:

Athens - Thessaloniki: 1-2 working days

Rest of Greece: 1-3 working days

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

🚛 Shipments with Transport Company

Packages with a large volume or weight (e.g. food, houses, sand, etc.) are sent by carrier. For parcels up to 20 kg the standard procedure applies. Above this limit, there may be an additional charge upon request.

Important: No online tracking is provided for freight. If necessary, we can inform you about the progress of the shipment.

❄️ Frozen Products

Frozen food is shipped exclusively by refrigerated transport, only upon request.
